I am Bianca Franke, a faith-based mindset coach walking with women through confidence, clarity and purpose.
Introduction
“I coach the woman I once needed someone to sit with - the one who looks fine on the outside and is quietly exhausted on the inside.”
I grew up believing that being capable was the same thing as being valuable. For a long time it worked - until it did not. A season of exhaustion, disappointment and quiet questioning brought me to the end of my own effort.
What I found there was not a formula. It was a slow, kind rebuilding: of what I believed about God, about myself and about the life I was actually called to live.

My faith is the foundation of everything I do, not a decoration added to the end of a session. Scripture, prayer and honest reflection shape the way I listen and the questions I ask.
I do not believe faith removes difficulty. I believe it changes who we are while we walk through it.

Because I watched too many capable, faithful women shrink under beliefs they never chose. Because I know what it costs to carry them, and what changes when they are named.
Coaching gave me a way to sit with women in that work - practically, respectfully and without judgement.
I coach gently but honestly. We begin by looking clearly at what is actually happening in your thinking, then build small, sustainable practices that fit your real life.
There is no pressure to perform wellness, no rushing, and no pretending. Progress is measured in consistency, not intensity.
